• Thanks to her decades of service to Ameriprise, Angie’s knowledge and expertise (plus an incredible work ethic) is crucial in carrying out our day-to-day business operations.
• Angie wears many hats! Her primary responsibilities include preparing for client meetings and doing the follow-up work, such as creating forms and processing transactions and insurance applications.
• She works with our home office to ensure accurate account setup, transaction processing, and resolves any related issues.
• Angie is available to answer client questions related to servicing their accounts.
• She also assists Joyce with financial planning and business management, and manages the licensing, continuing education, compliance, and training requirements for the entire team.

• Kim is your first point of contact when you call, email, or come into the office.
• Her primary responsibilities include scheduling client meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining our client management systems and files.
• Kim is available to assist clients with contact information, updating their mail or email preferences, and questions regarding the Ameriprise secure site.
• She also assists Joyce and takes care of all the general office duties that keep things running smoothly.
