My Philosophy

I've been helping people reach their goals for 17 years.

Our team takes a unique and collaborative approach to financial planning called Dream> Plan> Track> ®. It starts with your dreams supported by a strategic plan that covers your needs based on your entire financial situation. Once SHARP, KONOPASKE & ASSOCIATES establishes a firm direction, we work with you to provide solutions and help you take action. Together, we review and track progress toward your goals and adjust the strategy to reflect personal, economic, and tax law changes. We’ll create a financial plan and develop an ongoing relationship that helps you adapt to your changing needs and goals.

Because we work as a team, our practice offers depth and diversity in our combined skills and experience. You’ll enjoy the personalized service and one-to-one interaction with your advisor while also benefiting from the wider skill-set of the team as a whole.
