For many years, Aaron has focused on working with civilian federal employees (GS-13 and SES), uniformed service members, veterans, and retirees. He provides knowledgeable guidance through complex federal benefits and retirement planning and helps advocate for those who dedicate their careers to public service.

Aaron's mission is to help create financial clarity and more confidence for his clients, serving as a knowledgeable guide through the complexities of retirement planning to help them plan to achieve long-term financial security.

Aaron works with Federal executives, contractors, and retirees who are looking to achieve their best financial outcomes. His average client has at least 20 years of uniformed and/or civilian public service, and may have transitioned to the private sector or plan to during their career.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys being with his wife Kristen and their two children, Emerson and Brenton. They support Navy and Maryland sports teams as a family and love to spend time outdoors together, especially on the water.
