Awards & recognition

  • Ameriprise Client Experience Award, 2025

Honored to receive recognition

I’m honored to announce that I have received the Ameriprise Client Experience Award. This status is earned through demonstrated excellence in client service. While it’s my name on this award, it would not have been possible without the continued trust of clients like you and a team that’s dedicated to providing premium solutions and the best possible service.

The Client Experience Award is earned by a practice based on four measurable statistics that reflect the value of goal-based advice to our clients: Client Experience Rating; percentage of clients over a certain asset level in Advice Relationships; percentage of clients over a certain asset level with regular contact and, once the practice has exceeded a minimum amount of Net Flows, the percentage of Net Flows derived from Assets Under Management.

Community participation

Volunteer at my church: I am in charge of planning all of the social events for our church from monthly fellowship dinners, Easter Day lunch, summer pool party and summer church picnic, in addition to, setting up meals for any new mom's or people with medical illness.

Volunteer in my kids' classes: I try to commit to 1 1/2 hours for each of my kids' classes each week. I help at math time in each of their classrooms to help further promote the love and knowledge of math.

Volunteer on the Bryant Elementary School Site Counsel Committee: We meet monthly to discuss the academic progress of the school and things that can improve it.

Interests

I am highly involved with cheering my kids on in their activities. My son plays viola in the school orchestra and is on the school robotics team. My daughter participates in ballet with the Dubuque Ballet Academy. She also plays the trumpet in the school band and is on the school track team.

While enjoying time with my family, I enjoy outdoor walks, hikes and as much travel and camping as I can.

My hobbies include: quilting, scrapbooking and just about any other craft that I can find.
