Got questions about Medicare ?

Got questions about Medicare?

Medicare open enrollment begins October 15 to December 7 and you only have a few months to select your benefits. There are a number of options to choose from, making the process overwhelming for some. Others may be enrolling for the first time and therefore may be unsure as to which benefits will be the best fit, both cost and coverage wise. I believe the most important things to determine are your needs and current state of health.

If you are retiring and looking into coverage for the first time or are already enrolled but looking for a change in coverage, there are a few simple steps to review. It can benefit you to consult with someone who understands the ins and outs of Medicare. Seeking advice from the internet or insurance companies may not have your best interests in mind and thus could be a difficult place to start.

Commonly I see individuals who select plans because its less expensive than something that might be more advantageous. In other cases, a person may select a plan they know a family member or friend is using, but this might not be a good idea either. When it comes to your wellbeing and healthcare, you should work with an experienced professional and review a personalized strategy. At Ameriprise, we have various informative brochures and guides that can help you determine what could be best for you. Feel free to reach out to me and together we can explore strategies based on you.

Together, we can work to keep you on-track towards your financial goals. Request a consultation with me to learn more.
