Once you have all of this completed, then you are 80% of the way there. Heck, you might be 100%. This might be the most planning you have ever done for a single year and who could blame you if you wanted to stop. But if you wanted to go one step further, here is the last step.
Take everything you have so far and divide it up into categories of friends and family, faith, finance, and fitness. For example, date nights go under friends and family. Getting your estate plan updated is finance. Taking a walk each day or joining the gym is fitness. And going deep on a book in your religion is faith.
Once you have compiled your current list of stuff in these categories, see what else you want to add. Maybe you want to try a new church or maybe you want to join a faith-based study. Perhaps taking a walk each day to start the day off is what you want to add to your life. This is your list. Make it is big as you want to. But use these categories as springboard for motivation and other ideas to make 2024 your best year yet. Put this list someplace where you will always have access to it. Your phone. Near your desk. Maybe you print several copies. But keep this list handy and periodically throughout the year, go through it. See where you are doing well and where you need to improve. You will be glad you did.
