My Aproach

My focus is to guide the retirement planning process of each client, as well as maintain efficient communication within my team. I believe that when planning for a financially secure retirement, it is important to undergo personalized consultations that allow for the construction of a portfolio with minimal risk and a predictable cash flow. I understand how to make conscionable decisions, which allows me to deliver personalized financial advice geared towards helping my clients’ meet their financial needs.

I am a Louisiana native with 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. I hold both the CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™) and CLTC® (Certified Long Term Care Consultant®) designations. I have dedicated my profession to aiding those across many professions due to the referrals given.

I am a graduate from Louisiana State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Statistics.

Aside from spending time with my wife and a large extended family. I also enjoy exploring a variety New Orleans and NorthShore restaurants surrounding the Mandeville, Covington, Hammond areas, collecting watches, and supporting St. Joseph Abbey & Seminary College in St.Benedict, Louisiana and Community Sailing New Orleans, Inc., and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

CSU corrected spacing and made a minor update (adding I believe for I understand) to meet current brand guidelines. If you accept the revisions, the content will be live and approved for use until 10/28/2025 (the current expiration for the CLTC). Once the designation is renewed, you can resubmit the module for an extended approval. Thank you.

Born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, Allen can trace his family’s ties to the area back multiple generations. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and did his post-graduate studies in Finance at Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. He and his wife, Cindy, have called the Northshore home for more than 20 years. The couple enjoys spending time out on the water—boating, fishing, or strolling the beaches along the Gulf Coast. They also have a deep love of fine food and craft cocktails, and always welcome the opportunity to host friends and family at their boathouse along the Tchefuncte River in Madisonville.
