As your financial advisor, I make recommendations that are designed to help serve your best interests—regardless of the type of relationship you choose. What makes us unique is the flexibility we offer: you can work with me in a way that aligns with your preferences, your goals, and the level of ongoing guidance you desire.
Choosing How We Work Together
One option is a fiduciary, fee-based advisory relationship. In this setup, I provide ongoing financial advice and monitor your investments as part of a comprehensive plan. Acting as a fiduciary means I have a legal duty to put your interests ahead of my own, offering recommendations that are designed to help you achieve your long-term goals. In some cases, a third-party investment manager—also acting as a fiduciary—may provide recommendations, and with your direction, we may have discretion to make investment decisions on your behalf.
Alternatively, you may prefer a commission-based brokerage relationship, which focuses on recommendations at the time of each transaction. In this arrangement, I provide guidance on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and other packaged products. While these recommendations are made in your best interest, they do not include ongoing monitoring or advice. Depending on the securities and your investment timeline, this approach can sometimes be more cost-effective than holding the same investments in an advisory account.
Many clients choose a combination of both approaches—utilizing advisory accounts for long-term planning and brokerage accounts for specific investments. Whichever path you select, my obligation remains the same: to provide recommendations that prioritize your interests over my own.
What Does It Mean to Be a Fiduciary?
Being a fiduciary means more than just providing advice—it is a responsibility to offer guidance and monitor your investments with diligence, transparency, and integrity. In a fiduciary relationship, I focus on your goals with a long-term perspective, providing ongoing advice, updates, and recommendations to help you stay on track.
Personalized Advice, Guided by Integrity
We have always believed in the importance of choice, guidance, and integrity in financial planning. Today, that commitment remains the same: I help clients define what’s most important to them and deliver personalized advice to help them reach their goals. Whether through a fiduciary advisory account, a brokerage account, or a combination, the advice you receive is designed to put you first.
Our values have always been centered on our clients. By working together, I can provide guidance tailored to your financial goals, monitor your progress, and help ensure that every recommendation reflects your best interests. Integrity is not just a principle—it’s the foundation of every decision I make on your behalf.
