Community participation

I am involved in a couple committees at Eastside Church of Christ, focused mostly around community outreach and engagement. It is important to help the community as a Christian-based organization and to reach those in need. The outreach ranges from serving food at the local Lighthouse Mission to service projects like building ramps for handicapped individuals.

I also enjoy helping out charities and organizations by participating in events like Fun Runs, 5k Races, and Color Runs. These are fun ways to increase awareness of issues and help fund organizations that look for cures, counseling, and other ways to treat and reduce issues.
