She will also outline how the recent repeal of two controversial Social Security rules will increase benefits for millions of retired public-sector workers, including many police, firefighters, teachers and state and local workers. Finally, Franklin will detail how the new temporary tax deduction for taxpayers aged 65 and older could impact the taxation of Social Security benefits.
