Katie earned her bachelor's in business administration from Grand Valley State University. Joining our team in 2021 to direct our client experience, marketing, and team belongingness, her qualifications include 20 years of combined experience in customer service, marketing, communication, client experience, human resources and leadership. Katie most recently obtained a certification in Behavioral Financial Advice in 2025.

Kelsey graduated with a degree in Psychology from Hope College and worked in accounting prior to joining the team in 2021. She is studying for future qualifications continue her role in finance. She lives in Holland and loves to do things outside with her dog, Tilly.
Kerrie is a GVSU alumna with a bachelors in Criminal Justice. She is married and has a dog named Wren. She is currently studying for her certifications. On the weekends you can find her Up North or completing projects on her new home.
