Interests

My favorite pastime is enjoying the scenic outdoors of the Ozarks! I am thankful to live in a community that is so supportive of the Greenway Trails and parks system. I also find a great appreciation for the arts and enjoy time spent visiting the Springfield Art Museum and Art Walk.

Community participation

Volunteering is very important to me and I appreciate any opportunity to give back to my community here in Springfield, MO. One reason that I am grateful to work for Penney, Murray & Associates is the ongoing effort to volunteer! In conjunction with the Ameriprise National Day of Service, we often find ourselves volunteering around Springfield at places such as Ozarks Food Harvest and Ronald McDonald House. In addition, in 2019 I have completed my first MS 150, where cyclist take on over 150 miles of riding from Republic to Joplin. This event is sponsored by Bike MS with the goal of changing the lives of those affected by multiple sclerosis.
