Community participation

Each year my office whole heartedly participates in the Ameriprise National Day of Service. We do such activities as planting crops at a community farm and helping at Friendly House in Worcester with their annual food drive.

Interests

In the past outdoor activities were my priority and while I still do them these days I find myself focusing more on personal development. Setting aside time to read, learning to meditate, making sure to listen to good music and cooking more "real food" have my focus now.
