Ameriprise created the Client Experience Survey to give clients an opportunity to rate their satisfaction with their assigned financial advisor using a scale of 1 to 5. Each client has an opportunity to access the Ameriprise Secure Client Site and provide a rating. The client satisfaction score is an average of client responses for that advisor within a rolling 24-month period and is updated daily. There is no minimum number of responses required for an advisor to receive a rating, and advisors may have received unfavorable ratings. Client experiences may vary, and working with any Ameriprise advisor is not a guarantee of future financial results. Investors should not consider the Client Experience Survey score a substitute for their own research and evaluation of an advisor’s qualifications.
The Five Star Wealth Manager award (the “FSWM award”) isadministered by Crescendo Business Services, LLC (dba Five StarProfessional). Data for the FSWM award was gathered during the current orprior year. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placedon the final list of Five Star Wealth Managers. Once awarded, wealthmanagers may purchase marketing materials from Five Star Professional,including additional profile ad space or promotional products. Eligibility criteria – required:1. Credentialed as a registered investment adviser or a registered investmentadviser representative; 2. Actively licensed as a registered investment adviseror as a principal of a registered investment adviser firm for a minimum of 5years; 3. Favorable regulatory, complaint, employment, bankruptcy and felonyreview (as defined by Five Star Professional); 4. Fulfilled their firm reviewbased on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria – considered:6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8.Noninstitutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assetsadministered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education andprofessional designations. FSWM award candidates areidentified by one of three sources: firm nomination, peer nomination orpre-qualification based on industry standing.
