Navigating uncertainty

Financial markets can be full of uncertainty. In fact, lately, that’s probably the very best way to describe it. But here’s the good news: you can weather the unknown today and still reach your goals tomorrow. I understand my clients and the changing markets and I'm here to provide personal financial advice based on your individual needs. I can help you avoid being distracted by short-term challenges and stay focused on the long term with confidence. Contact me for a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your financial goals.

Dealing with Divorce

Divorce can be a lengthy process that may strain your finances and leave you feeling out of control. But with the right preparation, you can protect your interests, take charge of your future, and save yourself time and money. Divorce Financial Planning is a specialized service offered within Ameriprise Financial Planning Services to help you understand the potential financial implications of divorce. It includes an examination of your financial position, preparation of a divorce financial analysis, which is a written illustration of the potential financial outcomes of proposed divorce settlement options, plus coaching to help you make decisions about your financial future.

I have received the CertifiedDivorce Financial Analyst™ designation from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts. As a CDFA™, I have met the requirement of three years’ experience as a financial professional, accountant,or matrimonial lawyer. I have also completed a series of self-study courses and passed an exam for each course. By completing this specialized training, I have learned how to help clients with financial issues that will affect the rest of their lives, including those issues affected by decisions concerning personal vs. marital property, spousal and child support, and valuing and dividing property.
