I relate financial planning to physical exercise. It's common to make a New Year's resolution to exercise more and get in better shape. It's also common for that resolution to fizzle out as motivation wanes. Physical health is extremely important, but it is still hard to have the discipline or to make the behavioral changes to be consistent. Your financial health is the same. I believe that being consistent and having a disciplined approach is critical to long-term success and quality of life. I want to help provide that discipline and consistency for my clients.
