Interests

I like working with my hands, especially in food. Growing up in a restaurant and being around food, I developed a passion for cooking. I enjoy cooking for my friend and family. I also like DIY projects. My recent obsession is bread making. My goal is to bake wild yeast whole grain bread my children would like.

I also love to travel. One of the most memorable travel moments was when my wife and I took an overnight train from Cairo to Luxor to visit the great Valley of the Kings and various incredible temples. Now our adventures consist mostly of camping trips with the kids, but I enjoy it just the same.

Community participation

My Son and I are involved with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). They are designed to create a fun and safe soccer environmentfor the children.
