Divorce financial planning

The first professional most people think of when considering a divorce is an attorney. A financial advisor is typically not considered until after the divorce has been finalized, which can be a mistake due to the many financial complexities involved in a divorce. An industry-specific professional designation was created to address this need - the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. An intensive training program prepares a CDFA® to analyze and provide expertise on issues related to divorce finances. As CDFA®s, we help clients understand how their financial decisions today are going to impact their financial future.
