Interests

I love traveling anywhere. My favorite vacation locations are northern California, England, and Ireland; but my favorite destinations are where my children live: Greenville, S. Carolina and Grand Rapids, Michigan.

When I am at home, I relax by puttering in my yard. I enjoy growing vegetables, herbs, and perennials, although my most bountiful crops are weeds.

Community participation

I participate in our National Day of Service by volunteering at a local food pantry, and performing my modest home construction skills with Habitat for Humanity.
