Interests

  • Cycling is one of my passions & I have enjoyed competing in events all over the country. My favorite events are the Beech Mountain Metric in North Carolina and RAGBRAI, a 500 mile annual bike ride across the state of Iowa.
  • My family and I enjoy traveling together, especially to Austin, Texas & Spain.
  • My wife, Dana, also works at Ameriprise and recently celebrated her 2o year anniversary in 2018.
  • We have two beautiful daughters, Grace (18) and Ava (15). Grace is a swimmer and will attend Appalachian State in the Fall of 2018. Ava is our runner and competes in Cross Country and Track at Holly Springs HS.

Community participation

Bike MS 2007 - 2018. 2 day cycling event every September in New Bern North Carolina. We ride to fight MS & raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. http://main.nationalmssociety.org/site/TR/Bike/NCTBikeEvents?pg=entry&fr_id=29933
