We are thrilled to be hosting our annual Tree Swallow Sunset Cruise aboard the Onrust!

The Onrust is a re-creation of the vessel Adriaen Block built in 1614.Learn more about the Onrust here.

This event promises to be a celebration of nature, birds and the beauty of the open water. On board Naturalist(s), will educate you on the Tree Swallow phenomenon and all the other wildlife we see. We will charter a cruise to a special spot on the Connecticut River where 100's of thousands of Tree Swallows gather. They gather at sunset and perform aerial ballets forming an amazing display of art, coordination and cooperation. On the return cruise home, there is time to chat with others and experience the river at twilight, blending into night.

Whether you're an experienced bird watcher or someone looking to connect with nature on a deeper level, this event promises to be an enriching and inspiring experience. Come prepared with your binoculars, cameras and comfortable attire as we embark on an evening on the Connecticut River.

Join us for an interactive and delicious Pasta Making and Cooking demo with Chef Billy Grant III, owner of Bricco Trattoria in Glastonbury, CT and Restaurant Bricco in West Hartford, CT! Chef will be demonstrating how to make gnocchi the old-fashioned way. All tools and ingredients will be provided to attendees. We will be hosting this special demo at Fire by Forge in Hartford. It is sure to be an informative and fun event!

Our team is gearing up for arguably our most fun event of the year, The Hartford Yard Goats, on May 1st! We rented out the Yuengling Party Deck at Dunkin’ Park as the Hartford Yard Goats face off against the Chesapeake Baysox. We would love to invite you to join us for a game under the big lights, food, and drinks. Please consider bringing a guest.

It will be Los Chivos de Hartford Night to celebrate the people and culture of Latin America, which will feature pre-game performances, specialty food, and a special anthem.
