Community participation

Walls For Justice is a non-profit organization that brings together artists, community, and businesses to create change for the better of our world. They even make it easy to contribute to the painting with a ‘paint by numbers’ technique! Check out their website to see more details about what they do.

Giving back to my community has always been very important to me. With drug use and poverty plaguing our communities, I enjoy volunteering with Prevention Point to make a difference.

I also have a big heart when it comes to animals and can be easily persuaded to join a yappy hour or volunteer event that will benefit the local shelters.

Interests

Born and Raised in Philadelphia, I am a 1st Generation Americana and love to explore and try new things! I graduated an explorer from La Salle University (2016), and part of the 271st graduating class from the oldest High School in Pennsylvania, Central High School (2012). I am proud to call these schools my alma mater and to still be actively involved when I can.

With my roots being both Colombian and Puerto Rican, I do not only speak Spanish, I love to have a night out of dancing! I also try to stay active, cook, and meditate as a way of self-care and connecting with mother nature, and I am often volunteering with Walls For Justice.
