  • The biotech industry. With an aging population and incredible innovation occurring in this sector, it is a fascinating area to watch.
  • Health and fitness including sharing a healthy diet and an active lifestyle with my wife Erica. We try to eat lots of locally grown produce and healthy and happy animals.
  • Gardening, hiking and backpacking, cycling, yoga, skiing, and running.
  • Food fermentation including making (and eating) sauerkraut or kimchee, yogurt, and kombucha.
