Interests

  • Spending time with family especially my baby daughter Sylvia.
  • I enjoy running in Rockefeller Preserve and Central Park as a way to stay fit and train for half and full marathons.
  • Triathlons were a natural progression for me from distance running. Swimming and Cycling are great cross training exercises so doing the races just made sense.
  • I love listening and performing music, playing guitar is a great way to relax.
  • I love to read but as a new parent have been struggling to find time, I spend a lot of time in the car so books on tape have done a great job of satisfying my desire to reading.
