Community participation

I volunteer as a coach in youth sports programs, particularly wrestling and baseball, where I enjoy helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork. I enjoy supporting players during competition, I focus on building a positive and encouraging environment that emphasizes discipline, sportsmanship, and personal growth. I find it rewarding to contribute to the development of young athletes both on and off the field.

Interests

Some of my favorite memories are from wrestling in high school - long practices, tough matches, and learning what it meant to give 100%. It's pure grit. Now I am able to enjoy the sport of wrestling my son, Wesley! When I'm not being tackled by my son, my family enjoys exploring what nature has to offer. Whether that's climbing mountains, kayaking or slowing down a bit and looking for "cool" rocks. At the end of the day, wrestling has taught me grit, the outdoors keeps me grounded, but family is what matters most.
