Meet the team

Rachel is responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the practice, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for clients.

Rachel and her husband Josh live in Austin with their two children, Violet and Ethan. She is a devoted gardener, regularly bringing the extra vegetables she has grown into the office to share.

Ashrut graduated from Amity University, Delhi with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. He joined the practice in 2026, bringing his educational expertise and investment advisory experience to streamline administrative workflows.

Outside of work, Ashrut is an avid fan of soccer, cricket, and F1. He alsoenjoys traveling to explore new parts of the world.

Pooja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has worked at Ameriprise Financial since 2022. She focuses on administrative and client service activities, delivering operational solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Pooja enjoys spending time with her husband and her pet, Roxy. A food enthusiast, she loves trying new recipes and is passionate aboutthe outdoors, particularly trekking in the mountains.

After graduating from the University of Delhi, Anushka began her career supporting Chartered Accountants through the IPO process. She later worked as a Research Associate, managing client portfolio operations. She joined Ameriprise in 2025.

Outside of work, Anushka enjoys reading, relaxing, traveling, and cooking, and she has a fondness for cats. Fun fact: she loves photography and singing.
