Understanding Medicare from A to D

An aging US population means that an increasing number of Americans will qualify for Medicare each year. It also means that many Americans will likely need direction through what can be a complicated and confusing process.

Medicare is key to affordable health care access for most Americans. First Eagle's Understanding Medicare from A to D seminar guides you through the benefits it provides and explains why it should be considered as part of a comprehensive investment planning strategy.

The goal of the seminar is to help:

• Introduce the program, its coverage and its costs

• Go over the enrollment process, and where and how to start

• Share how to coordinate Medicare benefits with other forms of insurance

• Discuss the resources available to help individuals

Attendees will learn strategies for breaking large projects into manageable steps, reducing stress, and creating a more organized path forward during periods of change.

The discussion will also provide an overview of considerations families often face when coordinating moves, rightsizing living spaces, and managing the contents of a home during significant life events.

That's why we're inviting clients, friends, neighbors,coworkers, fellow readers, and anyone in the community who enjoys a good storyto join us for our first-ever Book Swap & Community Book Drive.

Whether you're an avid reader, belong to a book club, orsimply have a few favorite books you'd love to pass along, we'd love to see youthere. And please don't come alone—this event is built around sharing, so bringa friend who loves books as much as you do.

How It Works

Bring 1–2 "book club worthy" books you've enjoyedand are ready to pass along. Then browse the collection at your own pace andtake home 1–2 new titles to enjoy this fall.

Early Drop-Off Option

To help us build a great selection, swap books may bedropped off at the SecureBridge office during the two weeks leading up to theevent.

Please limit advance swap donations to 2–3 titles perhousehold.

Community Book Drive

In addition to swap books, we'll be collecting boxed book donations for Friends of the Richmond Public Library, whose book sales help support library programs and services throughout our community.

Feel free to bring additional books for donation on the day of the event.

Any books remaining on the swap table at the end of the event will also be donated to Friends of the Richmond Public Library.

Our office is proud to participate in the Ameriprise National Day of Service by supporting hunger relief efforts in our community.

Now through Movie Night we’re conducting a food drive to benefit Feed More, Central Virginia’s Food Bank. Please consider dropping off food items the next time you visit the office.
