With two kids and two dogs life is wonderfully hectic. While my soccer playing days are behind me you will find me coaching my son and his teammates throughout the year or sitting in the stands watching my daughter's gymnastics lesson or ballet class. I try to find time for CrossFit during the day and reading at night although time with my wife and children is always the best part of my day.
