Interests

Most of us have a favorite memory of a childhood sport or activity. I want to help create those memories for others! For our local lacrosse team, the Conshohocken Bulldogs, I volunteer as the director of boys lacrosse, for kids in grade Kindergarten to 8th grade. I also volunteer with Colonial Soccer Club as coach and division coordinator.

I also enjoy spending time with my family, and sharing the things that my dad shared with me including Philly sports, skiing and golf.

Community participation

Since 1997, I've been a member of the PA Air National Guard. When I enlisted, I maintained the weapon systems on the A-10 Thunderbolt (aka the Warthog). I have deployed overseas three times in support of Operations Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom. Currently I am serving as the Chief of Public Affairs where I manage communications within the wing as well as between the wing and the community. I have taught at SJU Detachment 750 AF ROTC as an Associate Professor, Aerospace Studies.

As part of the Wing's commitment to the local community, I participate in local parades and speak at Veterans' events and organize blood drives.
