At Doolittle and Associates, we believe financial advising is about more than numbers — it’s about people. Our practice is built on relationships, trust, and truly understanding what matters most to each client. As a woman-led team within Ameriprise Financial, we’re committed to helping individuals and families feel more confident, supported, and empowered in every stage of life.
What makes our practice special is our team. With eight individuals ranging in age from our early 20s to late 50s, we function more like a family than a traditional office. That supportive dynamic shows up in how we collaborate and in how we care for clients. Our culture is rooted in mutual respect, shared values and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference — not just in finances, but in people’s lives.
Lorri entered the financial industry as an administrative assistant with little prior knowledge of the field. Early on, she recognized that this was a place where she could channel her interests and strengths in a way that meaningfully supports others — including clients, team members and the broader community. She also discovered that few careers offer the combination of personal fulfillment and long‑term stability that financial advising can provide, and she feels grateful to be part of a practice that offers both. For Lorri and her team, the work is more than a profession — it reflects a sense of purpose, and they strive each day to bring that purpose to life.
