Interests

  • I enjoy spending time with four amazing grandchildren! Nobody could have told me how wonderful grandchildren truly are. It gives me a chance to be silly. We only have one rule - what goes on at the farm stays at the farm.
  • Living on an acreage, we have 60 head of purebred Normandes. I get complete enjoyment and satisfaction in running a Bobcat, fixing fence, and doing the feeding whenever necessary. The spring is an especially fun time when all those little babies are being born.
  • I look forward to the fall as it is a perfect time to do a little trail riding with my horse, Bear. He is a pleasingly plump quarter horse with a little sass.

Community participation

  • We belong to an amazing church family and have met many wonderful people who we now consider great friends. It is our hope as time goes on to become more involved in their programs besides simply being at church on Sunday.
