Community participation

Our March 2025 volunteer event at the Regional Food Bank!
Our March 2025 volunteer event at the Regional Food Bank!

As a volunteer at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, I love being able to help so many families in a short period of time. Our office volunteers quarterly with the food bank and we work together to pack and sort thousands of items of food. My husband and I enjoy supporting the community efforts of our church by building up the kids' ministry, working with City Center, and Hope is Alive.

Interests

I love spending time with my husband, our two kids, Temari and Duke, and our dog, Blue. On the weekends, you can catch us at the park, the library, or the trampoline park; all of Temari's favorite places. My husband, Elwood, and I enjoy being active and going two-stepping any chance we get. I am involved in our local church and am a part of a couple community groups. We have family in Tulsa and Arkansas, so I always look forward to those long car rides and getting to spend time with family.
