Erin is a Tri-Cities native and graduated from Southridge High School. She attended Columbia Basin College and Spokane Falls Community College, earning her associate degree.

Erin and her husband, Travis, have two daughters. She enjoys doing house projects, spending time with family, and helps organize community and charitable activities she is passionate about.

Jill is a Tri-Cities native and Kamiakin High School graduate. Prior to her career at Pacific Crest Planning, she was a manager at Macy’s Department Store in Kennewick. Jill works primarily with Niles’ clients in helping them with their service and account needs. Jill and her husband, Rob, have two children. They like to travel to visit friends and have been involved in the Tri-Cities music scene for years.

Casey was raised in Ellensburg, WA. She played sports growing up and participated on the soccer team at Columbia Basin College and Central WA University before graduating with a degree in anthropology and museum studies. Casey primarily assists Ryan Sullivan's clients and loves getting to work with clients directly for service and account needs. She and her partner enjoy exploring the outdoors with their dogs year-round.

Monica is a Tri Cities native and military spouse where they were stationed at Naval Station Norfolk. Prior to her position at Pacific Crest Planning, Monica worked in the medical field for 10 years. Monica is the first welcoming face you will see when entering our office. Monica and her husband love getting outdoors with the kids and having family get-togethers at their house.

Jessica was raised in Central FL, visiting WA often during summers, where she met and married her husband, Ricardo. They moved to Panama City Beach, FL & welcomed their first daughter.

Jessica & her family returned to WA & welcomed their second daughter. As a family they love hiking, exploring the outdoors, & spending time together. Jessica works with Kyle Blodgett's clients, assisting with service & account needs.
