Community participation


Our 2018 National Day of Service at FeedMore!

While we still participate in the Salvation Army Angel Tree during the holidays, our main focus has been working with FeedMore, Central Virginia’s core hunger-relief organization dedicated to providing neighbors in need with healthy meals and hope for a better tomorrow. In 2018, working with our clients, we donated nearly 2000 pounds of food, provided funds equal to 2040 meals, and donated over 200 hours of time in the warehouse.

Working with us

Initially meeting with our team provides you an opportunity to ask questions and learn how we work with clients. You're under no obligation; your initial meeting will be relaxed and informal.

Your meeting will include an overview of financial concepts such as a high-level look at your existing financial situation and potential opportunities, gaps or general strategies. While you won't receive written analysis and/or recommendations, a comprehensive review of financial planning services for which fees are charged, you should expect to get a sense of what it might be like to work together.

What to Bring

To make our time together more valuable, we ask that you bring along copies of the following (if possible):

  • Questions you have regarding your current financial situation
  • All investment statements
  • Pension information
  • Last year's tax return
  • Recent Social Security statement
  • Recent mortgage statements
  • Anything else you think is material to your financial situation
