My profile

Why Fourteen Forty?

In early 2024 I joined Fourteen Forty Financial, an advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services. After spending almost 17 years at another brokerage firm I chose Fourteen Forty because of their collaborative approach, their emphasis on advice and planning, and their Purpose.

There are 1440 minutes in a day, and every day we all have the opportunity to choose how to spend them. At Fourteen Forty our mission is to help you make the most of your 1440 minutes today and throughout your life!

Before I found my home in financial services, I previously worked in history, archaeology, aviation, and horticulture. What led me to this work was a series of crises with elderly parents, and that made me passionate about helping people with retirement and estate considerations.

I love what I do because everyone’s situation is unique, and I enjoy collaborating with my clients to explore financial strategies that are tailored to each individual.

Why? Because by helping you align your financial decisions with your values and goals, I can help you make the most of your 1440 minutes every day. Let’s get started!

Interests

When I'm not helping people achieve their financial goals, you can find me in the garden, on the trail or on the water, relaxing with family and friends. If it's raining, I'll be indoors cooking, reading, or learning something on PBS.

I'm fond of games and sports in general, from darts down at the pub to women's basketball, Formula One, baseball and golf.

To further broaden my horizons I enjoy travel and sampling international cuisines, be it here in New England or farther afield.
