Trisha Caton, RD, CD, HWC is a board-certified Registered Dietitian with over 18 years of experience in the field of nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and has spent the majority of her career working in clinical settings, including oncology, intensive care, and surgical care, as well as supporting clients through surgical and non-surgical weight loss, diabetes management, and heart health.
In addition to her clinical background, Trisha has advanced training as a health and wellness coach and now works primarily as a virtual nutrition coach, specializing in weight loss and body recomposition. She is an avid fitness enthusiast who truly practices what she preaches when it comes to movement and nutrition. Trisha is passionate about helping people take the complication out of nutrition—making it simpler, more sustainable, and effective—so they can build lifelong habits that support long-term success and overall well-being.
