Our Approach

We’ve been in business a long time, and over time, we have developed a process for working with our clients that focuses on helping to guide them into a position to succeed.

The first step of that process is asking the right questions to get a picture of your financial situation and where you are today.

The second is understanding what your goals are for the future.

The third step provides an honest assessment of how attainable those goals are. Which goals are highly realistic? Which are your priorities?

The fourth step is to explore what actions we need to take to help get there.

Then finally, we have a conversation about how comfortable you are with these actions. Are they things that you think you can do? How can we help you stay on track? We’ll build on this conversation at every check-in. We believe having a process like this can provide a firm foundation so you know what to expect and can feel more confident that we are being thorough.

Risk tolerance refers to your ability to endure market volatility. All investments come with some level of risk so it's important to be aware of how much volatility you can tolerate. How risk tolerant you are is important, because it is one of the basic factors in determining an appropriate investment strategy for you. Your risk tolerance can affect both the types of investments you own and the way you choose to diversify your portfolio.
