In helping to alleviate hunger through the Ameriprise National Day of Service for the past 9 years, Walkers & Associates, along with many of you, have gathered to provide a bountiful offering to the Flemington Area Food Pantry, and most recently, Fisherman’s Mark and The Food Bank Network of Somerset County.The demand on food banks has increased greatly. Now, more than ever, our communities need our support. This year the FAFP as seen their highest number of visits ever as families struggle with skyrocketing gas and food prices. Since March of 2022, the Pantry has had the busiest months in their 40-year history and the volume is not slowing down. They are sure to exceed last year’s 11,677client visits and 1,772 home deliveries. We will be holding a hybrid food drive (virtual donations/in-person sorting & packing) in support of the Flemington Area Food Pantry, Fisherman’s Mark and The Food Bank Network of Somerset County and is open to all. We invite you to join us in reaching our goal of providing 1000 meals for 1000 families.
